Resolved - There was a slowdown in processing of Workflow Automation tasks, and a subsequent buildup on our queues. We've identified the cause and made optimizations to the code that is processing those tasks. The backlog has been processed, and no further delays have occurred. We will continue to monitor the job processing performance.

Resolved - Insightly's process to deploy new versions of software on our servers is to do a "rolling deployment" where our applications stay online and available. This happens by deploying our application on a subset of our servers, always leaving most of our systems available to process customer requests. During this planned upgrade, multiple deployments were started in parallel, causing a brief outage of under two minutes of our Web application when all servers were taken offline for upgrades simultaneously.

We've determined the cause of the multiple deployments and have instituted a process to prevent this from occurring again.
