On Wednesday, September 11th, at approximately 12:04am PST, our network monitoring systems detected problems with one of the redundant routing servers that we use to distribute traffic to our servers. Our engineers responded and verified the proper failover to the standby servers. Some of our customers may have experienced a connection timeout during this period.
